“CRAZY IN LOVE” SEASON 2 PREMIERE: CHRISEAN ROCK’S HEARTBREAK OVER BLUEFACE UNFOLDS

When “Crazy In Love,” starring Blueface and Chrisean Rock, premiered its first season on Zeus in late 2022, it received a wave of negative feedback on social media. Admittedly, watching the tumultuous antics of this young couple often proved more draining than entertaining. Nevertheless, in the age of the internet, they remained an inescapable presence. Surprisingly, the reality series was renewed for a second season, and the revelation of Chrisean’s pregnancy piqued the interest of many viewers, who wanted to witness her journey documented on TV.

While much of the drama surrounding Blueface and Chrisean had already played out in real time over the past few months, the second season delves into more intimate and dramatic moments, taking us back to the early days of Rock’s pregnancy in January. The premiere, which aired on Sunday (July 16), featured a tense moment between the “Lit” collaborators on a bus that left the 23-year-old Chrisean in tears, visibly devastated by Blueface’s indifferent treatment.

In the video, Blueface dismisses Chrisean with callous remarks, telling her she doesn’t understand and calling her selfish. Their argument escalates, with Blueface commanding her to “shut up,” prompting Chrisean to grab at his shirt as he tries to walk away. Exasperated, Blueface asks why she’s making his event all about herself, and aggressively pulls his arm away from her.

Amidst the tension, the founder of MILF Music, Blueface’s co-star, makes an attempt to weigh in. Chrisean Rock holds him back momentarily and asks for a kiss. As he leans in to comply, she wells up with tears before experiencing an emotional outburst in front of the cameras and the audience watching.

With the new season of “Crazy In Love” now underway, viewers can expect more drama as they follow the rappers’ journey through their tumultuous relationship and co-parenting struggles. As the episodes continue to air every Sunday on the streamer, viewers will have the opportunity to decide whether “Crazy In Love” is worth tuning in for.
