Yung Miami Named In Sexual Assault Lawsuit Involving Diddy

City Girl Yung Miami getting caught up with Diddy?

An anonymous woman has filed the latest sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy, alleging that he drugged, assaulted, and impregnated her against her will. According to court documents reportedly obtained by AllHipHop, Sean Combs isn’t the only high-profile individual implicated in the case. The woman, identified as Jane Doe, claims that Yung Miami (Caresha Brownlee) pressured and harassed her into having an abortion after discovering she was pregnant with Diddy’s child. Jane Doe ultimately suffered a miscarriage.

The lawsuit states that Jane Doe learned of her pregnancy in July 2022, following an alleged assault by Diddy in April of that year. The suit also accuses the Bad Boy Entertainment founder of physical assault, battery, sexual battery, sexual harassment, unlawful surveillance, tampering with a consumer product, inflicting emotional distress, and violating the Gender Motivated Violence Act of New York.

THE JANE DOE ACCUSATIONS

The legal filing describes an incident in July 2022 when Jane Doe traveled to Combs’ Los Angeles home. According to the lawsuit, she was compelled to ingest an unknown substance in his bathroom, which she later discovered was ketamine or another similar substance. This caused her to black out and lose consciousness throughout the night, and she maintains that she did not consent to taking any drugs.

“Shortly thereafter, Jane Doe took a pregnancy test, which was positive,” the lawsuit continues. She claims she informed Combs of the result, after which Caresha Brownlee (Yung Miami) allegedly began calling her repeatedly, urging her to have an abortion. Jane Doe eventually miscarried and had no contact with Diddy or his team for approximately three months.

ALCOHOL & DRUGS

The filing further alleges that Diddy would force her to “perform” for him and ply her with alcohol and drugs until she passed out. Jane Doe recalls waking up with unexplained bruises and injuries but with no memory of how they occurred. The alleged incidents continued until July 2024.

Jane Doe first met Diddy in 2020, and while neither Diddy nor his team has publicly responded to this latest filing, they have denied nearly all previous allegations against him up to this point.
