Turk Responds to Birdman’s Harsh Verzuz Diss at ComplexCon
The long-awaited return of Verzuz made headlines at ComplexCon Las Vegas, not just for its nostalgic celebration of hip-hop but for reigniting an old feud between Birdman and Turk.
The event — which saw Cash Money Records face off against No Limit Records in a showcase of classic Southern hits — delivered plenty of energy. But the night took a sharp turn when Birdman used his moment on stage to send a fiery message to his former Hot Boys groupmate.
“Shout out to Turk, you little bh,” Birdman shouted into the mic, addressing the absent rapper directly. “You ain’t here but f you. We gonna f*** with you and we wanna f*** with you, you heard me? … You leave, we still gonna multiply. Cash Money ain’t gonna never die. Long as I’m alive, Cash Money ain’t gonna never die.”
Turk Reacts Live
Turk wasn’t at the event in person — he was live-streaming the Verzuz battle from Houston, according to iHeartRadio. A clip shared by DJ Akademiks shows Turk chuckling when Birdman’s name-calling reached him.
Later, during his own watch party, Turk stepped up to address Birdman’s comments more directly.
“I don’t kiss no a*s, bruh,” Turk said to the crowd. “I wish them dudes well, but I wish myself more well. That’s just what it is.”
Turk also weighed in on the outcome of the night, declaring No Limit the winner of the matchup. “I’ma keep it all the way real, though — I think No Limit tore they a*s up without Wayne there,” he said, referring to Lil Wayne’s absence from the stage.

A Feud Rekindled
The latest exchange comes amid ongoing tension between Turk and Birdman, largely stemming from Turk’s removal from the Cash Money Millionaires’ 30th Anniversary Tour earlier this year.
Turk claims he was originally promised $400,000 for the tour, but pay cuts for shows in Cleveland, Chicago, and Detroit led him to refuse the new terms — a move that allegedly resulted in him being dropped.
According to Turk, he was labeled a “security risk” by tour promoters Artist by Artist Agency and Dope Shows Inc., reportedly due to his separate feud with fellow rapper B.G.
Turk has since filed a lawsuit against the promoters but clarified that Birdman and Cash Money Records had no direct involvement in that decision.

What’s Next?
Whether Birdman decides to respond again remains to be seen, but given his pointed words on the Verzuz stage, it’s clear the tension between the two former collaborators hasn’t cooled. For now, fans are left watching to see if the Cash Money founder fires back — or if the old Hot Boys’ drama continues to play out both on and off stage.
