Terrence Howard Alleges Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Made Unwanted Advances: “I Don’t Bend That Way”
Actor Terrence Howard has made startling claims against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging that Combs made inappropriate advances toward him during a series of meetings under the guise of acting lessons.
In a candid appearance on the PBD Podcast, the Hustle & Flow star, 56, recalled that Combs had repeatedly invited him over to serve as his acting coach. “Puffy invited me, for weeks, asking me to come teach him how to act,” Howard said.

However, Howard claimed the sessions quickly became confusing. “Every time I showed up, he would just sit there, staring at me. He didn’t want to rehearse, he didn’t want to act — he just sat and looked.”
Howard said Combs later asked to hear his music, but when he tried to play it, the Bad Boy Records founder allegedly continued to just sit silently. Feeling uneasy, Howard turned to his assistant for perspective.
According to Howard, his assistant bluntly responded, “I think he’s trying to f–k you.”
Shocked by the implication, Howard said he cut off all communication with Combs. “Once you see that kind of behavior, you know to keep your distance,” he said, adding that he’s had similar run-ins with other producers and has had to assert his boundaries forcefully.
“I’ve had to threaten to punch some of them,” Howard shared. “When you challenge a man’s masculinity like that, you’re going to get a real response.”
LOST OPPORTUNITIES IN HOLLYWOOD
Howard also emphasized his personal principles: “I’ve lost opportunities because I don’t compromise. I don’t do gay roles. I don’t kiss a man. The man card means everything to me.”
Page Six reached out to Combs’ representatives for comment, but has not received a response as of publication.
Howard’s accusations come amid a wave of legal troubles for Combs, who is currently facing federal sex trafficking investigations and numerous sexual assault lawsuits. His allegations also follow a past dispute reportedly involving Combs’ stepson, Quincy Brown, who had been slated to appear on Empire, but was pulled from the project over a disagreement about music rights.
According to a 2014 report, Combs objected to Brown signing over a portion of his music rights to Fox and ultimately barred him from appearing on the show. It’s unclear whether that situation further contributed to tension between Combs and Howard.
Howard is now the first high-profile figure to publicly allege that Combs made direct sexual advances. While other celebrities like Nick Cannon and Justin Bieber have denied participation in Diddy’s rumored “freak-off” parties, numerous non-celebrities — both men and women — have come forward with similar accusations in recent lawsuits.
Most recently, plaintiff Joseph Manzaro filed a suit alleging that Combs not only facilitated sex trafficking but personally committed acts of sexual violence against him in 2015.
