RIP Biz Markie – Friday Flashback Interview With WWETV
In this week’s #FridayFlashback segment, we take a look at the iconic Biz Markie interview with WorldWide Entertainment TV in 2019.
The rap legend passed away on July 16th due to diabetes that he had been fighting for more than a year according to reports. The rapper will be sorely missed for his humor and classic material such as “Just A Friend“.
His wife, Tara Hall, reportedly held his hands as he passed in a Baltimore hospital around 6:25 PM, Friday night.
Social media had tributes pouring in for the “Juice Crew” member who first made his name in the rap world with the likes of Roxanne Shante and Big Daddy Kane.
