Kendrick Lamar is set to return to Toronto in 2025 for his first stadium tour, and he’s bringing SZA along for the ride. The pair will co-headline the Grand National Tour, which will include stops at 19 stadiums across North America.

This announcement comes just weeks after Lamar released his fifth studio album, GNX. SZA features on two tracks from the album, “Luther” and “Gloria,” continuing their history of collaboration, which includes hits like “Doves in the Wind” and “All the Stars.”

Toronto Stop at Rogers Centre

The Grand National Tour will land at Toronto’s Rogers Centre on June 12, 2025. This will be Kendrick Lamar’s first Toronto performance since his August 2022 The Big Steppers Tour, during which he played two sold-out shows at Scotiabank Arena.

SZA, meanwhile, was last in Toronto in February 2023 for her SOS Tour. She had been scheduled to return in October of that year but canceled at the last minute due to illness.

Tickets and Pre-Sales

Tickets for the Grand National Tour go on sale Friday, December 6, at 10 a.m. local time. Canadian fans can access a Live Nation pre-sale starting Wednesday using the code JOY.

Drake Drama Looms

Fans were quick to note that Toronto, hometown of Drake, is the only Canadian stop on the tour. Kendrick will perform at Rogers Centre, the city’s largest venue with a capacity of 55,000. Drake has never performed at Rogers Centre, making Kendrick’s potential sellout a statement.

Fans debated the subtle jabs at Drake, speculated about potential onstage drama, and shared memes celebrating the return of two music icons.
