Offset Clears the Air on Rumors He Fell Out With Quavo Over Saweetie
Offset Speaks on Migos Fallout Rumors
Offset is shutting down the long-running gossip about why he and Quavo aren’t cool anymore. For years, social media has pushed the idea that their split had something to do with Saweetie, but according to Offset, that story just isn’t true.
During his recent appearance on Baby, This Is Keke Palmer, the Atlanta rapper cleared the air, calling the rumors “crazy” and “made up.”
“No, man. It was a rumor,” Offset said. “It was something deeper than that for the split of me and bro. I think people was trying to tear my situation down in that situation.”
He added that real men don’t move like that, saying, “We don’t play those games. We don’t even know how to do that.”

Still, the internet hasn’t let the topic die down. Controversial rapper 6ix9ine recently reignited the discussion during One Night with Steiny, claiming the rumor explains why Migos fell apart.
“I’m not saying these [are] facts, but this is the rumor,” 6ix9ine said. “Quavo’s girl was Saweetie, right? They said Offset slept with Saweetie, that’s why the Migos fell out.”
6ix9ine then accused Offset of breaking “street loyalty,” saying, “If you sleep with your homie’s girl, that’s rat material. All these street dudes got ‘Loyalty’ tatted — but where is it?”
He also pointed out how Quavo and Takeoff continued performing together without Offset for a long stretch, questioning the deeper cause behind their fallout.
Offset Focused on Moving Forward
Even with the rumors swirling, Offset seems focused on moving forward — both musically and personally. The Set It Off artist didn’t share what really caused the Migos split, but made it clear that Saweetie wasn’t the reason.
For now, Offset’s keeping it all business — and leaving the drama behind.
