Megan Thee Stallion Sexual Activity with Woman Forced Camera Man To Watch Allegedly
Megan Thee Stallion is facing legal action from her former photographer, Emilio Garcia, who has filed a lawsuit accusing her of harassment and creating a hostile work environment. The lawsuit, lodged in Los Angeles on Tuesday and reported by NBC News, spans several allegations, including claims of fat-shaming and fostering an abusive atmosphere. Garcia asserts that he worked full-time with Megan from 2019 to 2023. The “harassment was so severe or pervasive” that it created a “hostile, abusive work environment” that made Garcia’s “working conditions intolerable,” the suit said.
One particular incident highlighted in the lawsuit occurred in June 2022 during a trip to Ibiza. Allegedly, after a night out, Megan engaged in sexual activity with another woman in the back of an SUV, while Garcia was present. Garcia described feeling shocked and uncomfortable by the situation, expressing dismay at the audacity to engage in such behavior in his presence.
Following this incident, Garcia claims Megan warned him not to discuss what he witnessed by stating,“Don’t ever discuss what you saw.” Subsequently, Garcia alleges a decline in job bookings and a change in his payment structure, culminating in Roc Nation informing him his services were no longer required. The lawsuit seeks compensation for unpaid wages, overtime, and other benefits, totaling a six-figure sum.
As of now, neither Megan Thee Stallion nor her representatives have commented on the matter.
