Man Claims Diddy Assaulted Him at ‘Freak-Off’ Party As Beyoncé, LeBron Witnessed

A new lawsuit has surfaced accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of human trafficking and assault at a 2015 Miami party, with allegations that Beyoncé, LeBron James, and others witnessed the disturbing events.

Florida resident Joseph Manzaro has filed a lawsuit claiming he was drugged, assaulted, and publicly humiliated at an April 2015 birthday party for Diddy’s son, King Combs. Manzaro alleges that he was transported to Star Island in a drugged state and first taken to the mansion of Emilio and Gloria Estefan. According to the lawsuit reported by TMZ, Gloria was alarmed by his condition and urged someone to call an ambulance, but Emilio allegedly silenced her and led her away.

LEBRON JAMES INCLUDED IN CLAIM

Manzaro further claims that he encountered LeBron James, who reportedly saw him in distress and commented, “Y’all better do something about that!” He also alleges that he was then led through a tunnel to Diddy’s mansion, where he partially regained consciousness in a crowded party space, spotting Jay-Z and Beyoncé. The lawsuit states that Beyoncé questioned why a “half-naked man with a mask” was in front of her, to which a member of Diddy’s entourage allegedly responded that Manzaro was being punished for “snitching.”

The lawsuit details further acts of humiliation, including being stripped, forced to wear a thong and leather mask, and subjected to degrading treatment. Manzaro also alleges that celebrity jeweler Jacob Arabo saw him and expressed concern. Despite Gloria Estefan reportedly pleading for medical help again, Emilio allegedly dismissed her concerns.

Although Jay-Z, Beyoncé, LeBron, and others are mentioned in the lawsuit, they are not being sued. The suit focuses on Diddy, Emilio Estefan, former adult film actress Adria English, and others, accusing them of human trafficking and abuse.

DIDDY’S LEGAL COUNSEL DENIES ALLEGATION

Diddy’s legal team has dismissed the allegations, calling the lawsuit a “desperate attempt to grab headlines” and stating that the claims are “completely false.” They maintain that Diddy looks forward to clearing his name in court.

Meanwhile, inconsistencies in Manzaro’s claims have surfaced, including evidence that Jay-Z was in New York City on April 1, 2015, for a Tidal event, contradicting his alleged presence at the Miami party.

The lawsuit adds to the growing legal troubles facing Diddy, who has recently been the subject of multiple investigations and allegations.
