Lil Reese Arrested on Alleged Assault Charges Involving Ex-Girlfriend
On Sunday, Houston police arrested Lil Reese for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend earlier this month at a nightclub in Texas. Authorities had issued a warrant for his arrest following the incident, which reportedly took place at The Pinkhouse nightclub in Houston. Reese is accused of punching and strangling the woman after she rejected his repeated attempts to kiss her.
Reese’s attorney, Carl Moore, has strongly denied the allegations, stating, “Mr. Taylor vehemently denies these false accusations. We look forward to his day in court,” as shared with TMZ. Additionally, TMZ reports that Reese has been denied bond in this case.

This arrest follows an earlier accusation of rape against Reese from earlier this year, a case that was eventually dismissed. Reacting to how the media covered that story, Reese expressed frustration on his Instagram Story. “@theshaderoom @tmz_tv The same way y’all were posting that false information like I did something when I knew it was fake, post this. Case dismissed my first court face, f**k you mean,” he wrote. He also mentioned seeking to recover $25,000 that he claims was wrongfully taken. In a separate post, Reese emphasized, “The same way y’all posted that, make sure y’all post that the case got thrown out on my court date. They do anything for clout.”
TMZ has already released the hip hop artist’s mugshot following his latest arrest.
