Al B. Sure! Threatens Legal Action Over Allegations in ‘Fake’ Kim Porter Memoir Involving Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

Al B. Sure! has announced his intent to take legal action against those behind a “fake” memoir that contains alleged diary entries from his late ex-wife, Kim Porter, following the recent sex trafficking arrest of her other ex, Sean “Diddy” Combs.

In an Instagram post on Monday, Al B. Sure!—whose real name is Albert Joseph Brown III—called for a formal investigation into “an entire group of individuals who worked at or around the residence of Ms. Kimberly Porter, including the publicists who assisted drafting this.” He shared snippets from Jamal T. Millwood’s newly released book, *Kim’s Lost Words*, which purportedly contains Porter’s diary entries.

The “Nite and Day” singer claimed that people close to Porter had been directed to steal her computer and mobile devices, which contained her “original book notes.” He insisted that the notes in Millwood’s book were altered, calling them “fabricated bulls–t and offensive pages circulated via Amazon,” which include false depictions of him involved in graphic sexual acts with Diddy. These claims, found in Chapter 5 of the best-selling book, were added after Porter’s tragic death, according to Al B. Sure!.

In a separate post, the “Off On Your Own Girl” artist stated, “There will be [a] significant suit headed right for the heads of the responsible parties who dragged my name into this bulls–t.”

Al B. Sure! also emphasized that he and Porter, who passed away at age 47 in 2018 due to pneumonia, “talked right up to a few days prior to her demise” and asserted that she “was in good health” at the time.
