Kim Porter Diary & Tapes Held By Witness Allegedly In Diddy Case
New developments continue in the case surrounding Sean Combs aka Diddy.
The Bad Boy Records founder faces serious allegations, including charges of racketeering and sex trafficking. The case has seen a steady stream of new allegations and lawsuits, with Courtney Burgess being the latest individual subpoenaed by the grand jury due to claims he has made against Diddy. TMZ spoke with Burgess outside a Manhattan courthouse, where he disclosed that he possesses tapes allegedly documenting Diddy’s “freak off” parties.
Burgess claims these tapes contain footage of Diddy engaging in explicit sexual acts, with other well-known celebrities reportedly present. Burgess and his attorney have confirmed that the tapes have been handed over to the courts for review. In addition to these tapes, Burgess alleges that he possesses an unedited diary belonging to Diddy’s late ex-girlfriend, Kim Porter. Porter, who had four children with Diddy, passed away in 2018. Her life has since been the focus of much speculation, especially following the release of a memoir widely dismissed as false by her children.
Courtney Burgess Criticizes the Actions of Diddy’s Children
Porter’s memoir, *In Her Own Words: The Kim Porter Memoir*, was released in September, but the Combs family quickly condemned the book on social media, claiming Porter had never kept a written diary. While Burgess did not contest the potential inaccuracies of *In Her Own Words*, he took issue with Diddy’s children for denying that Porter kept written records. He insists that he has Porter’s unedited diary, which he has submitted to the courts. Additionally, he criticized Diddy’s children for not publicly supporting their mother while she was alive.
“They should’ve started worrying when he was beating her,” Burgess told the outlet. “When you start worrying about your mother? After the fact?” There are plans to have the unedited diary of Kim Porter published through Burgess and lawyer Ariel Mitchell on Amazon.
His sons, Justin Combs, King Combs, and Quincy Brown, were involved in a dispute with Ray J at an L.A. party, which reportedly escalated until Ray J’s manager and singer Chris Brown intervened.
