Jay-Z’s Attorney Releases Audio of Jane Doe Allegedly Denying Assault

A shocking new development has emerged after Jane Doe dropped her sexual assault lawsuit against Jay-Z and Diddy last month.

Jay-Z’s attorney, Alex Spiro, has released an audio recording in which the woman who accused the rapper of rape allegedly admits he never assaulted her. The clip, published by ABC News on Wednesday, reportedly captures Jane Doe saying her lawyer, Tony Buzbee, encouraged her to pursue the case.

During the recording, a private investigator asks, “He was just there, but he didn’t have anything to do with any sexual acts towards you?” Jane Doe replies, “Yeah.” She then mentions Buzbee, claiming, “He was the one that kind of pushed me towards going forward with him, with Jay-Z.”

Buzbee has denied the accusation, telling ABC News, “The suggestion that I pushed Jane Doe to bring a case against Jay-Z is a blatant lie that is directly contrary to all the documentary evidence.” However, Spiro countered, stating, “She says in no uncertain terms Mr. Carter did not do this. It’s effectively a lie, and the only reason Mr. Carter is even involved in this is because she was pushed to involve him.”

Jane Doe’s Response and Jay-Z’s Legal Action

Although she has dropped her case, Jane Doe has since reaffirmed her claims. In a recent filing, she stated that she abandoned the lawsuit due to “fear of intimidation and retaliation from Jay-Z” and his fanbase. She also alleged that she only told private investigators what they wanted to hear because she felt “intimidated and terrified.”

In response, Jay-Z has filed a defamation lawsuit against both Jane Doe and Tony Buzbee. “The truth had to fully come out,” Spiro explained. “This person cannot be allowed to hide from the reality that this was a false accusation.”

The legal battle continues as both sides stand firm in their positions.
