Janet Jackson Gets Backlash Over Kamala Harris Race Comment
Janet Jackson Predicts US Election Chaos Regardless of Outcome
Pop icon Janet Jackson has shared her thoughts on the upcoming US election, suggesting that the results will lead to “mayhem” no matter who comes out on top.
On November 5, Americans will cast their votes in a heated race between Republican former President Donald Trump and Democratic candidate Kamala Harris.
When asked if the US is prepared for the possibility of Kamala Harris becoming the first female president, Jackson, 58, expressed uncertainty in an interview with The Guardian, saying, “I don’t know.”
“Honestly, I don’t want to answer that because I really, truthfully, don’t know. I think either way it goes is going to be mayhem,” she remarked.
In recent weeks, many celebrities have been encouraging Americans to participate in the election, with figures like Stevie Nicks from Fleetwood Mac and actress Jamie Lee Curtis lending their voices to the cause. Prominent stars such as Charli XCX and Taylor Swift have publicly endorsed Kamala Harris.

Yeah, race is not a conversation I take seriously either, but I think anything that causes the media to meltdown is good. They’re the ones that propped up her Indianness; now they want us all to forget

Michael was black and never denied being black and the whole world knew it

Black American society never questioned whether MJ was a Black American. We knew the Jacksons were from Gary, Indiana and they were not immigrants in the United States.

Dear Janet Jackson,
Kamala Harris is as Black or Blacker than your son, all 3 of your ex-husbands and the vast majority of your nieces and nephews.
Sincerely,
