Jake Paul & Logan Paul Hint at Boxing Match, Infuriating Fans Online
Jake Paul and Logan Paul made social media announcements Tuesday that created widespread speculation the brothers would fight each other, but the teased March 27 event on streaming service Max will be a reality series rather than a boxing match, sources told ESPN’s Mike Coppinger.
Calling it the “moment you’ve waited a decade for,” the posts featured a head-to-head shot of the brothers with a March 27 date and the Max logo. Additional details were not included in the posts. The premise of the reality series isn’t clear.

Cryptic Announcement Sparks Backlash
Both brothers posted identical tweets, stating, “The moment you’ve waited a decade for… March 27th on @StreamOnMax,” accompanied by a promotional image of the shirtless siblings squaring off in what looked like a boxing match teaser.
If their intention was to generate excitement, it didn’t go as planned. Fans took to social media to express frustration, with one user writing, “Stop f’n trolling.” Another chimed in, questioning, “Is this gonna be another staged fight too?”

Paul vs. Paul? Fans Aren’t Buying It
This latest announcement comes on the heels of Logan Paul’s rumored fight with UFC star Conor McGregor, which UFC President Dana White ultimately vetoed. Despite McGregor hyping the possibility, White made it clear that McGregor’s focus should remain on the Octagon, not boxing a Paul brother.
Jake Paul, on the other hand, faced criticism after defeating Mike Tyson in a heavily publicized exhibition match last November. The event, which aired on Netflix, drew over 60 million viewers, but many questioned the legitimacy of the bout. Critics argued that if Jake was serious about his boxing career, he should focus on fighting actual professional boxers rather than retired legends or UFC fighters turned boxers.
Promotional Stunt or Serious Match?
No knockout, guaranteed.

Yes. Even if they actually “fight” it’s a joke. Don’t waste your time.

While the prospect of a Paul vs. Paul boxing match may seem absurd, it wouldn’t be the first time the brothers leaned into controversy to promote themselves. Jake’s fight against Tyson was a financial success, drawing a record-breaking crowd of 72,300 fans to AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, and generating over $18 million at the live gate. Netflix reported a peak of 65 million concurrent livestreams for the event, including 38 million viewers in the U.S.
Still, fans are skeptical of this latest tease. Many are hoping this is just another publicity stunt rather than a serious attempt to pit the brothers against each other in the ring.
For now, fans will have to wait until March 27th to find out if this is a genuine fight or just another chapter in the Paul brothers’ marketing playbook.
Is this gonna be scripted too?

Logan said in a podcast "this will end with me and jake".
Logan already knew about this script.
It's the same old "feud" they acted out on youtube.
It's pretty sloppy because they haven't even been arguing, but im sure they'll make one up.
I'm just glad this is the end 🙌 🥳— Adam White (@AdamWhi63963507) January 28, 2025
