Fed Prosecutors to Name Co-Conspirators in Diddy Racketeering Case
Federal prosecutors are gearing up to unveil alleged co-conspirators in the high-profile racketeering case involving Sean “Diddy” Combs this March. The disclosure, part of a broader investigation into an alleged criminal enterprise linked to the embattled hip-hop mogul, promises to shed light on the charges against him.
According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, the U.S. government will release the names of individuals accused of collaborating with Diddy in illicit activities by March 7, 2025. The information will be outlined in a detailed “Enterprise Letter,” which is expected to include specific allegations, such as dates, locations, and the roles of those involved.

Allegations of Racketeering, Arson, and Sex Trafficking
The charges against Diddy encompass a range of serious offenses, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and arson. Among the most striking allegations is a 2012 incident involving the destruction of a car owned by rapper Kid Cudi.
Prosecutors allege that co-conspirators, acting on Diddy’s orders, targeted Kid Cudi’s vehicle by slashing the convertible top and throwing a Molotov cocktail inside, setting the car ablaze.
The motive, according to court filings, stemmed from Diddy’s anger over his then-partner Cassie Ventura’s brief relationship with Kid Cudi. In her civil lawsuit, Ventura claimed that Diddy had threatened to “blow up Kid Cudi’s car.” This claim was corroborated by Kid Cudi, whose spokesperson confirmed the incident.
Broader Criminal Enterprise
The arson case is just one element of the federal government’s accusations. Prosecutors allege that Diddy spearheaded a larger criminal organization involved in kidnapping, intimidation, and sexual exploitation.
One chilling charge involves a December 2011 incident in which Diddy and his associates allegedly held a person at gunpoint to facilitate a burglary.
Defense Pushes Back
Diddy’s legal team has staunchly denied the allegations, calling the charges baseless and lacking concrete evidence. Defense attorney Marc Agnifilo criticized the prosecution’s claims, stating, “If they truly had dozens of victims and 50 witnesses, it would already be in the indictment.”
The defense is also pressing for an earlier release of the “Enterprise Letter,” arguing that the March 7 deadline hinders their ability to adequately prepare for trial. They have requested a February 1, 2025, deadline to address what they describe as an imbalance in the proceedings.
Trial Set for May 2025
Diddy, who has been held without bond since September 2024, is scheduled to face trial on May 5, 2025. The upcoming proceedings are expected to be closely watched, as federal authorities aim to unravel the alleged criminal network and bring its participants to justice.
