Cardi B has reportedly filed for divorce from Offset.

According to Page Six, Cardi filed for divorce on Wednesday, as stated by a representative. She is also seeking primary custody of their two children.

TMZ reports that the divorce follows efforts to mend the relationship between the two stars, which ultimately were unsuccessful. Both sources emphasize that infidelity was not a factor in the split, describing it as “amicable.” Essentially, it appears the couple has simply grown apart over time.

OFFSET DENIED INFIDELITY RUMORS

Earlier this week, Offset addressed infidelity rumors on social media, which inadvertently sparked speculation about a possible pregnancy.

The news comes about four years after similar headlines in 2020, when Cardi stated she had “shed not one tear” over the end of the relationship.

“I just got tired of arguing,” Cardi said at that time. “I got tired of not seeing things eye to eye. When you feel like it’s just not the same anymore, before you actually get cheated on, I’d rather just leave.”

Cardi B and Offset married in 2017, a fact that became public knowledge the following year. In December 2023, Cardi revealed that she had been “single for a minute now” but had chosen not to publicly discuss it.
