Diddy’s Legal Team Files Motion Ahead of Bail Hearing
Ahead of Diddy’s bail hearing scheduled for Friday, Nov. 22, his attorneys are intensifying their efforts to secure his release. On Thursday, Nov. 21, the defense filed a motion accusing prosecutors of presenting a manipulated version of the Cassie altercation video during a prior bond hearing. Diddy Seeks Bail After Multiple Denials
This marks Diddy’s latest attempt to secure bail following multiple failed efforts. Judges have previously denied his appeals for release, siding with prosecutors who argue that Diddy poses a risk of witness tampering. His legal team initially proposed a $50 million bond package, but the court rejected it.
The latest defense filing comes just days after prosecutors accused Diddy of attempting to contact potential witnesses while in custody, further complicating his case according to TMZ.
