Diddy Refutes Allegations of Non-Consensual “Freak-Offs” with Cassie
Diddy is pushing back against accusations regarding his alleged “freak-offs” with ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, asserting that all encounters were consensual.
According to the music mogul’s attorneys, the tapes in question—criticized by prosecutors—depict private, consensual activity between adults in a long-term relationship. After reviewing the nine tapes, Diddy’s legal team claims that Cassie not only consented to but also enjoyed these interactions, portraying her as “evidently happy, dominant, and in control.”
Prosecutors have described the tapes as “elaborate and produced sex performances,” but Diddy and his team firmly disagree. They argue the footage is nothing more than two adults engaging in consensual intimacy. Additionally, Diddy’s lawyers deny allegations of secrecy, violence, or coercion surrounding the recordings.
Diddy Denies Further Claims and Shifts Focus to Cassie
“There are no secret cameras, no orgies, no other celebrities involved, no underground tunnels, no minors, and not even a hint of coercion or violence,” Diddy’s legal team stated. They also dismissed accusations that Diddy secretly recorded or stored the tapes. Instead, they allege Cassie retained the recordings for years and later turned them over to authorities.
Neither Cassie nor her attorney has responded to these new claims. However, a statement from her camp is anticipated soon.
This development comes as Diddy prepares for his trial, set to begin on May 5. The Bad Boy Records founder remains steadfast in his efforts to clear his name and prove his innocence.
