Diddy Faces Two Lawsuits Alleging Sexual Assault at Trump Tower

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing two additional lawsuits from women who allege the music mogul sexually assaulted them at Trump Tower in New York.

The civil cases continue to pile up against the Bad Boy Entertainment founder as his criminal trial approaches. On Tuesday (Feb. 4), TMZ reported that two anonymous women recently filed lawsuits accusing Diddy of sexual assault. One plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, is a former bottle service attendant who claims she attended a party hosted by Diddy at New York City’s Limelight nightclub in the late 1990s, where illicit activities allegedly took place on the upper floors. According to her lawsuit, she and a friend later attended an afterparty at Trump Hotel in Midtown, where the alleged assault occurred.

Both lawsuits were reportedly filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, who has previously represented multiple accusers in lawsuits against Diddy following his arrest last September.

In response to the latest claims, Diddy’s legal team issued a statement to XXL, stating:

“As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

The new lawsuits come shortly after federal prosecutors issued a superseding indictment against Diddy, adding two more alleged victims to his criminal case. He currently faces charges including sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.

His trial is set to begin on May 7.
