Diddy Faces New Allegations of Assault Over Tupac Remarks

Diddy Allegedly Assaulted A Woman Over Tupac Comment

Music mogul Diddy is facing fresh allegations stemming from a 2018 incident, where he is accused of assaulting a woman following remarks she made about his alleged involvement in Tupac Shakur’s death. The lawsuit was filed by Ashley Parham, who claims Diddy attacked her with a TV remote after a series of escalating confrontations.

According to the allegations, Parham’s initial encounter with Diddy occurred via FaceTime, during which she taunted him about Tupac Shakur’s murder. Diddy allegedly responded by telling Parham she would “pay” for her comments. A month later, Parham claims she was invited to a residence in Orinda, California, where she says Diddy was waiting for her. Upon her arrival, she alleges Diddy threatened her with a knife, telling her he would give her a “Glasgow smile” — a brutal injury involving cuts to the sides of the face.

DISTURBING ACCUSATIONS

The accusations become more disturbing as Parham further alleges that Diddy sexually assaulted her. She claims he stripped off his clothes, poured a liquid on her body, and assaulted her using a TV remote. According to the lawsuit, Diddy then allegedly raped her and instructed two other men to do the same. Parham asserts that Diddy made degrading comments during the incident and offered her money to claim their encounter was consensual.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, Parham states that when she threatened to go to the police, Diddy allegedly responded by threatening her family’s safety. She claims to have reported the assault to local police in Walnut Creek and Orinda, but no investigation was initiated at the time. Unlike other recent lawsuits involving Diddy, this case is being handled by lawyers Ariel Mitchell and Shawn Perez, rather than by the legal team involved in the high-profile cases managed by attorney Tony Buzbee. Diddy’s representatives have yet to comment on the latest accusations.

Piers Morgan speaks to Tupac’s brother, Mopreme Shakur, who discusses why his family are carrying out the investigation now, the moment his brother tried to tell him something after he was shot and what was said when Diddy called him.
