Diddy Denied Bail By Judge In Court Proceedings
Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, spoke about a few of the accusations posed against Mr. Combs, including the infamous hotel hallway footage of him attacking Cassie Ventura. Agnifilo alleges that Ventura attacked Diddy first with a cellular device after going through his phone and seeing that he had another girlfriend.
“Two people were in a hotel room. An issue that Mr. Combs had more than one girlfriend, okay? Victim-1 was looking through his phone and saw that – then hit him in the head with a cellphone, and took his clothing. So he comes out in a towel,” Agnifilo said.
Agnifilo goes on to say that the two were very much in love but did in fact cheat on each other for years. He claims that Cassie actually was presumably seeing the trainer [Alex Fine] that Diddy hired for her and eventually started a family with him but later attempted to extort Mr. Combs over a book deal. He says they have a recording of Cassie’s lawyer saying that she wrote a book, but Diddy could buy the rights for $30 million. The lawsuit was filed shortly after allegedly.
“These two people were in love. Victim-1 ended up marrying the trainer that Mr. Combs got for her. They had been cheating on each other for years. But now she had two kids with the trainer. Years later, she realized she had a good thing with Mr. Combs,” Agnifilo says.
The Judge in Diddy‘s arraignment has denied his $50M bond request. Magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky said, “In this case, I find the presumption has not been rebutted [So, Sean Combs will be detained].” She added, “There has been significant violence and weapons around. Also, coercion of witnesses, even gentle coercion, can be effective. The type of behavior we’re talking about happens behind closed doors. I thank your family members for coming, but I cannot release him.” The mogul must be in custody to await trial on sex trafficking & other charges.
