Diddy Allegedly Fled L.A. in Police Car Trunk After Biggie’s Murder, Lawsuit Claims
A new lawsuit has surfaced, alleging that Diddy secretly escaped Los Angeles in the trunk of a police car following the murder of The Notorious B.I.G. The claim was made by Kirk Burrowes, a former Bad Boy Entertainment executive, who has filed legal action against his former business partner. Burrowes accuses Diddy of sexual harassment, coercion, and intimidation, among other allegations.
According to Burrowes, Diddy panicked in the aftermath of Biggie’s murder and sought help from industry power player Clarence Avant. As reported by AllHipHop, the lawsuit claims Diddy was “transported to a private airport via the trunk of a police cruiser, allowing him to leave the city undetected as local gangs searched for him.” The filing also accuses Diddy of displaying “false, performative grief” over Biggie’s death, alleging that he and his attorney, Kenneth Meiseles, pressured Burrowes into handing over Biggie’s final business contract. The lawsuit further claims they altered the contract to grant Diddy “100% interest in Wallace’s works.”
Ongoing Legal Battles
Burrowes also alleges that Diddy forced him to surrender his 25% ownership stake in Bad Boy Entertainment under the threat of physical violence. He claims Diddy once stormed into his office with a baseball bat, demanding he sign over his shares. Burrowes has also filed a legal complaint against Diddy’s mother, Janice Combs, alleging that she unlawfully assumed control of his stake in the company. He insists he has “irrefutable evidence” to support his claims.
This lawsuit comes amid a wave of legal troubles for Diddy, as multiple alleged victims have filed complaints against him in New York under the Gender-Motivated Violence Act, which is set to expire soon. Diddy is currently being held in Brooklyn on charges of alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. His trial is set to begin in May, and he has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
