Diddy Accused of Forcing Woman to Have Sex with Kim Porter in New Lawsuit
Diddy Issues Continue To Mount With New Sexual Assault Lawsuit
Sean “Diddy” Combs faces new allegations of battery, sexual assault, infliction of emotional distress, and gender-motivated violence in a fresh lawsuit. Amidst ongoing scandals involving abuse and sex trafficking accusations, this lawsuit accuses Diddy of coercing a woman to engage in sexual acts with his late partner, Kim Porter.
The plaintiff, April Lampros, filed the lawsuit in New York on Thursday, May 23. She alleges that Combs assaulted her on four separate occasions, including the incident with Kim Porter, during which she was allegedly forced to take ecstasy. Lampros claims she first met Combs in 1994 while she was a fashion student and that he recorded their sexual encounters and shared the footage without her consent.
A new Diddy accuser is suing him over multiple sexual assaults she claims started back in the 1990s after they met in New York City.

Lampros details the first alleged assault occurring in 1995. According to her, Diddy pressured her to drink alcohol, leading to her feeling “uneasy” and eventually passing out in a hotel room where he then sexually assaulted her. She alleges that months later, Diddy sent her gifts and lured her with promises of business opportunities. However, she claims he assaulted her again that same year in a parking garage by forcing her to perform oral sex on him.
LAMPROS WORKING WITH DIDDY
After this incident, Lampros attempted to sever ties with Diddy. She alleges he responded with threats of physical harm and professional ruin in the fashion industry. The third alleged assault took place in 1996, when Combs reportedly forced Lampros and Porter to take ecstasy and engage in sexual activity with each other. According to Lampros, Diddy told her she had no control over the situation, warning he could make her lose her job. The lawsuit claims he masturbated while watching them and later sexually assaulted Lampros.
Additionally, Lampros asserts that Diddy and Porter were responsible for her firing from a bar where she worked. Though she claims their relationship ended by 1998, she recounts an encounter two years later when Diddy allegedly called her incessantly, expressing that he missed her. They met at her apartment, where she alleges Diddy, accompanied by a bodyguard, kissed and touched her without consent before she made him leave. This marks the seventh sexual assault lawsuit against Combs in six months and the second within this week.
KIM PORTER’S SUDDEN DEATH
Porter would die of a sudden case of lobar pneumonia. Before this, Porter experienced flu-like symptoms severe enough that she didn’t think she was capable of tending to her kids. So, she took her kids to Diddy to have the Bad Boys CEO watch over them. Diddy once broke down after remembering the last thing Porter said to him.
“Three days before she passed, she wasn’t feeling well,” Diddy told Essence not too long ago. “She had the flu, and she sent the kids over to my house so they wouldn’t get sick. … One night I was checking on her, and she was like, ‘Puffy, take care of my babies.’ She actually said that to me before she died.”
