Daz Dillinger is asking fans to rally around his longtime collaborator and brother-in-music, Kurupt, who is currently recovering from an undisclosed health issue.

Taking to Instagram, Daz shared an emotional message urging supporters to flood Kurupt’s page with love and encouragement. “God said we shall live & not die,” Daz wrote, calling on fans to send well wishes and reminding them how precious life is. He also paid tribute to loved ones the Dogg Pound family has lost over the years, including the late Nate Dogg, while shouting out those standing by Kurupt’s side during his recovery.

As of now, no specific details have been shared publicly about the nature of Kurupt’s condition. Still, the message made clear that the moment is serious—and that community support matters.

Kurupt’s Past Health Battles and Sobriety Journey

This is not the first time fans have expressed concern for Kurupt’s health. In 2019, reports surfaced that he was hospitalized following a relapse while filming Marriage Boot Camp, prompting producers to ban alcohol from the set for the remainder of the season.

Two years later, Kurupt spoke candidly about his struggles with alcoholism in an interview with REVOLT while promoting his album Transition. He described the project as a reflection of personal change, acknowledging past mistakes while emphasizing growth.

“I’m an alcoholic, and I’m getting over it,” Kurupt said at the time. He also highlighted how both he and Daz have worked to transform their lives—Kurupt stepping away from heavy drinking, and Daz addressing anger and internal struggles.
