Tragedy has struck Maryland following the fatal shooting of 24-year-old Karon Makhai Cann, also known as Ronny Doe. According to reports from The Shade Room, the incident occurred on February 3. Anne Arundel Police confirmed that Doe was pronounced dead at approximately 7:10 p.m.

News of his passing quickly spread after a Maryland man, believed to be Doe’s uncle, shared a heartfelt tribute on Facebook. “This feels like a nightmare. I’ve been up crying all night. 😭😭 I’m not supposed to bury you, nephew. You’re supposed to bury me,” he wrote.

He continued, “Karon, before Elijah was born, you were the closest I had to a son. I haven’t felt this way since I lost my father. I watched you grow up and was there every step of the way. It hurts so much that your life was taken, but I know you’re at peace now. Praying for justice so we all can have closure. I love you and will truly miss you. R.I.P, Karon (Nephew).”

Chrisean Rock Has Not Made A Public Statement On Incident

According to police report, Ronny Doe was found lying on the ground in front of a home in Severn, Maryland, just 25 minutes from Baltimore. Officers administered medical aid before firefighters transported him to the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries. Authorities have classified the case as a homicide and believe the shooting was a targeted act. The investigation remains ongoing.

As of now, Chrisean Rock has not publicly commented on Doe’s passing. Their relationship had previously made headlines, particularly when Ronny expressed doubts about the paternity of Rock’s son, Chrisean Jesus. In October, he took to Instagram, stating, “I deserve to have that proven to me through what? A DNA test. If Junior is not my son, the DNA test will prove that. Right or wrong? Right.”
