Amber Rose Destroyed By Social Media After Trump Event
Amber Rose Ventures into Politics
Amber Rose has recently stepped into the political arena, making headlines with her support for Donald Trump. This shift has surprised many, considering her previous disdain for Trump. However, Rose has become an avid supporter, openly expressing her admiration for him. Her unwavering support has even caught the attention of the former President himself. Last night, Rose addressed the audience at the Republican National Convention, just days after an attempt on Trump’s life.
She gained fame after appearing in Jeezy’s 2009 “Put On” music video featuring Kanye West. Throughout the 2010s, he was featured in numerous hip hop music videos.
She made cameo appearances on several reality TV shows, including “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” “Dancing with the Stars,” and “America’s Next Top Model.” In 2016, she hosted her own talk show, “The Amber Rose Show,” which ran for one season.
AMBER ROSE SAYS MEDIA LIED ON TRUMP
During Trump’s first presidential bid, Rose was outspoken against him. She told the Daily Mail she’d move to Canada if he were elected and called him “a f***ing idiot” in an interview with The Cut.
However, in May, Rose shared a different opinion of Trump with her Instagram followers. She posted a photo posing with Trump and Melania, captioned “Trump 2024.”
“I’m no politician and I don’t wanna be, but I do care about the truth, and the truth is that the media has lied to us about Donald Trump,” the former reality TV star added. “I know this because for a long time, I believed those lies.”
“I believed the left-wing propaganda that Donald Trump was a racist,” Rose said, adding that she eventually watched “all the rallies” and started meeting so many of his “red hat-wearing supporters.”
“I realized Donald Trump and his supporters don’t care if you’re Black, white, gay or straight. It’s all love,” Rose said. “And that’s when it hit me: These are my people. This is where I belong.”

Following her speech, Amber Rose faced criticism from across the political spectrum. Many online commenters were appalled by her actions, and Joy-Ann Reid of MSNBC criticized Rose and the RNC for having her speak. Reid pointed out that Rose has used black culture to advance her career without ever identifying as black and questioned the rationale behind using Rose to appeal to black voters.
Rose dated Kanye West for two years starting in 2008, married Wiz Khalifa in 2013, but filed for divorce the next year. She shares a son with Khalifa and another son with music executive Alexander Edwards.

Reid explained that no one has ever looked to Rose for political opinions, making her appearance at the RNC particularly unusual. As the election approaches in November, both parties are doing everything they can to garner more voters. Whether Rose’s involvement will have any political impact remains to be seen.
Social media has also dug up past clips of Amber Rose denying her African American side of her lineage. A clip has resurfaced with Joeseline Hernandez critiquing Amber and the two women get into a fight over her denial.

The Amber Rose speech was for white outreach, not meant to impress Black people. The Republican Party uses people like Amber to comfort “good/decent” white voters who desperately need to believe the GOP is not racist. Then racism deniers feel better about supporting felon trump.

This is who Trump supporters welcomed? This seems contradicting but ok 💀 pic.twitter.com/2tO7zf74Oi

Exactly…at this point RNC's outreach to the black community can't be taken seriously. We ask for specific policies and we are given Amber Rose as a response?

Amber mad that she isn't white enough to keep a black rapper/entertainer. They all left her. Even the white one, machine gun Kelly went to Meghan fox.
