Snoop Dogg Calls Out Suge Knight as a “Rat” on New Diss Track “Shut Yo Bitch Ass Up”
Snoop Dogg is reigniting his feud with former Death Row Records boss Suge Knight, calling him out directly on a fiery new track titled “Shut Yo Bitch Ass Up.”
The diss record appears on Snoop’s surprise new album, Iz It A Crime?, and takes direct aim at Suge Knight with bold accusations and lyrical jabs.
On the track, Snoop raps:
“I can see why you mad / I bought everything you own / Now you in PC snitching on the phone.”
He doesn’t hold back, continuing with:
“But I can slap the taste out your muthafin’ mouth / Pull up on your na, make you wanna reroute / And if he hit the main line, he gon’ see what we bout / Oh bitch ass na, I’m a rich ass na.”
The two West Coast figures have traded words over the years, but this marks one of the most direct musical shots Snoop has taken at his former mentor.
Suge Knight, currently incarcerated, has not responded to the track as of yet. However, he has previously criticized Snoop Dogg for how he has handled Death Row Records since acquiring the label in 2022.
As the tension between these two hip-hop legends continues to escalate, fans are watching closely to see if Suge responds or if more music will follow.
SUGE KNIGHT HAS CALLED SNOOP A RAT IN THE PAST
Suge Knight has publicly referred to Snoop Dogg as a “rat” in the past. In a 2006 interview, Knight labeled Snoop as a “police informer” who “never goes to jail” . Additionally, a video clip from prison shows Knight stating, “A rat is the lowest you can go, a rat can do anything,” in reference to Snoop.
