50 Cent Exposes Lil Meech’s Alleged Rehab Stay Online
50 Cent has reignited his long-standing feuds with Rick Ross and Floyd Mayweather while taking fresh shots at Lil Meech.
On Tuesday (April 1), the G-Unit mogul took to Instagram to share photos of the BMF star appearing to be asleep in a wheelchair at what looks like a medical facility. The post was set to Amy Winehouse’s iconic track “Rehab,” reinforcing the taunting message.
“Damn, this is BAD. You believe me now? Oh, now you want to believe me. OK,” 50 wrote in the caption, mocking Meech’s condition.
In a follow-up post, he turned his attention to Rozay and Mayweather, accusing them of using Meech before leaving him to fend for himself.
“HELP [flashing light emoji] help him out. You guys knew what you were doing. You used him, and now you’re not gonna be there for him. SMH,” he wrote.

The origin of the photos remains unclear, but 50 previously claimed he sent the 24-year-old actor to rehab during BMF filming to address alleged drug issues.
Back in February, he posted:
“I’m telling MeMe I don’t want him doing drugs. [Big Meech, his father] telling him he use to do X like it’s cool. I tell MeMe chill, stop spending all ya money, he telling him how much money he blew. People don’t know I had to send MeMe to rehab.
“Russell Hornsby [BMF actor] peeped he was high as f*** on set. He started throwing up at a weapons test, then Ian [Woolf, BMF producer] told me the little [ninja emoji] had whippets in his truck. I said, ‘What the f*** is whippets?’”
50’s issues with Lil Meech stem from his larger feud with Big Meech, the BMF founder, whom he has accused of being a government informant. The younger Meech, who plays his father in the Starz series, has since found himself caught in the crossfire.
With BMF Season 4 set to premiere on June 6, it remains to be seen how this ongoing tension will impact the show’s production and promotion.
