50 Cent Diddy Netflix Documentary To Support Victims Of Assault
Proceeds from the documentary will reportedly support victims of assault.
As Diddy faces ongoing legal challenges, one of his most outspoken critics, 50 Cent, has taken steps to shine a spotlight on the situation. Over the past year, 50 Cent has frequently trolled the Bad Boy Records founder on social media, hinting at a potential documentary about Diddy’s legal troubles. In May, this idea became a reality when 50 Cent sold the project to Netflix. Now, it’s official—the documentary, directed by Alexandria Stapleton, is moving forward, with proceeds set to aid victims of sexual assault.
“This is a story with significant human impact. It is a complex narrative spanning decades, not just the headlines or clips seen so far,” 50 Cent and Stapleton shared in an exclusive statement to Variety. “We remain steadfast in our commitment to give a voice to the voiceless and to present authentic and nuanced perspectives.”

They also emphasized, “While the allegations are disturbing, we urge all to remember that Sean Combs’ story is not the full story of hip-hop and its culture. We aim to ensure that individual actions do not overshadow the culture’s broader contributions.” The documentary’s official title and release date have yet to be announced.
This news follows Diddy’s recent arrest in New York City, where he was charged with multiple offenses. He was denied bail for the second time and is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. Despite the serious charges against him, Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, remains optimistic, stating that Diddy is “strong, healthy, confident, and focused on his defense.”
